These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nano-Roof & Exteriors LLC website (nanoroofandexteriors.com), our text messaging program, and any request for services. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or SMS program.
1. SMS Program Description and Use Cases
Nano-Roof & Exteriors operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our roof, concrete, and wood treatment services. When you opt in by checking a consent box on one of our forms, you may receive messages from us for the following purposes:
- Service messages: Estimate delivery, inspection scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and other service-related communication.
- Marketing messages: Occasional promotional messages, seasonal offers, and company updates.
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. You may receive anywhere from zero to several messages per week depending on whether you have an active estimate, inspection, or project with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Nano-Roof & Exteriors. Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. To rejoin the SMS program, submit a new opt-in through one of our website forms. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any estimate or project already in progress, and you may still reach us by phone or email.

4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you send or receive through our SMS program. These rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by Nano-Roof & Exteriors. Please check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge you to send or receive SMS from us, but your carrier may charge message and data rates according to your plan.
5. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery through the SMS program is subject to the availability and reliability of your wireless carrier’s network. Nano-Roof & Exteriors is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or received out of order due to carrier issues. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers.
6. Age Restriction
Our services and SMS program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information or opt in to SMS.

Services and Estimates
Nano-Roof & Exteriors applies GoNano nanotechnology treatments to asphalt shingle roofs, concrete surfaces, and wood surfaces. Roof inspections are provided free of charge to determine whether your roof qualifies for treatment and the applicable warranty. All estimates are based on information supplied by the customer and the condition of the surfaces at the time of inspection, and are subject to adjustment if site conditions differ materially from the information provided. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and depend on the age, condition, and geographic location of your roof; warranty terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Nano-Roof & Exteriors for any claim arising from the use of our website, SMS program, or services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or delays caused by factors outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
